How long does it take to generate a presentation?

Slide Creator generates a 15-slide deck in an average of 12.4 seconds. Simple text-to-slides conversions can complete in under 8 seconds. Complex multi-source documents with data charts may take up to 30 seconds. Generation speed is not throttled on paid plans.

What file formats can I upload as input?

Slide Creator accepts: PDF, Word (.docx), plain text (paste-in), CSV/Excel (.xlsx), and Google Docs (via Google Drive). On Team and Enterprise plans, CRM data from Salesforce and HubSpot can be ingested directly without file upload.

How accurate is AI-generated presentation content?

Slide Creator's AI structures and formats the content you provide — it does not fabricate statistics, make up company data, or hallucinate facts. The AI applies business frameworks (SWOT, QBR, pitch deck) and visual layouts to organize your input. How do I set up a brand kit?

Go to Settings → Brand Kit. Upload your logo (PNG/SVG), add your hex color palette (unlimited colors), upload custom fonts (TTF, OTF, WOFF2), and define logo placement clearspace rules. Can multiple people collaborate on a presentation?

Export & PPTX

Does Slide Creator export to real, editable PowerPoint?

Yes. Slide Creator exports native PPTX files where every element is a real PowerPoint object (not an embedded image). Text boxes are editable, charts are live Office chart objects (not screenshots), and fonts are embedded in the package. Compatible with PowerPoint 2016+, Office 365, and LibreOffice. Does Slide Creator also export to Google Slides and PDF?

Yes. All plans include PPTX, PDF, and Google Slides export. Custom fonts embedded in PPTX may fall back to system fonts in Google Slides (a Google Slides limitation, not a Slide Creator issue).

Why does my presentation look different after exporting to PowerPoint?

This is extremely rare with Slide Creator because we generate PowerPoint XML natively (not from HTML). The most common cause across AI tools is HTML-to-PPTX conversion — which does not apply here. If you experience layout drift, it is likely a font issue: ensure the custom font from your brand kit is installed on the target machine, or use the embedded-font PPTX option. Security & Privacy

Is my presentation content secure?

Yes. SOC2 Type II certified. AES-256 encryption at rest. TLS 1.3 in transit. Your content is never used for AI model training. Enterprise customers can choose US or EU data residency. Full details: Security page

Does Slide Creator train AI on my data?

No. Your content — including presentation text, uploaded documents, CRM data, and brand assets — is never used to train, fine-tune, or benchmark any AI model. This applies to all plan tiers including free accounts. See: Privacy Policy §4 — AI Training Policy

Is Slide Creator GDPR compliant?

Is Slide Creator free?

Yes. The Free plan includes 3 complete, unwatermarked PPTX presentations per month with no credit card required. Paid plans add unlimited generations, brand kit, CRM integration, real-time collaboration, and priority support. See: All pricing plans

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Monthly plans: cancel and stop at next renewal. Annual plans: 14-day refund window from purchase date; no pro-rata refunds after 14 days. Full billing terms: Terms of Service §6

Does Slide Creator offer discounts for nonprofits or education?

Yes. We offer 30% discounts for verified nonprofits and educational institutions. Contact sales@slidecreator.com with documentation of your organization status.

Integrations & API

Can Slide Creator pull data from Salesforce or HubSpot?

Yes. Salesforce and HubSpot integrations are available on Team and Enterprise plans. Connect via OAuth, select pipeline fields and date ranges, and Slide Creator will generate data-populated slides — pipeline charts, deal stage funnels, revenue tables — as native, editable native Office chart objects in your PPTX. Does Slide Creator have an API?
