1. Commercial License and IP Rights

Slide Creator grants paid users a worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid-up license to utilize, modify, and distribute the generated presentation files for commercial purposes. Intellectual property rights for all layouts, text, and visual structures generated exclusively belong to the user. Slide Creator retains ownership only of the underlying software architecture, models, and algorithms.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to utilize the platform for the generation of deceptive, harmful, or legally prohibited content. Systematic scraping of platform interfaces, reverse-engineering of foundational algorithms, or deployment of automated bot traffic outside established API rate limits is strictly forbidden.

3. Billing, Fees, and Cancellations

Services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Users retain the right to cancel their subscriptions at any time via the billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, paid features remain active until the conclusion of the billing cycle, after which accounts downgrade to standard limits.

4. Limitation of Liability

Slide Creator provides generation services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slide Creator's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim event.
