Board Committees & Governance

The board operates through three primary committees to ensure deep oversight in critical areas:

• Compensation Committee: Chaired by Elena Gomez.
• Nominating & Governance Committee: Chaired by Dr. Elizabeth Vance.

The Board meets quarterly to review performance, and also holds an annual "Ethics Retreat" dedicated entirely to the long-term safety and societal impact of Slide Creator's technology.
