1. Scope and Applicability

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") governs the processing of personal data by Slide Creator on behalf of the customer. It applies whenever Slide Creator acts as a Data Processor under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar global privacy frameworks.

2. Obligations of the Processor

Slide Creator guarantees that it will process personal data exclusively in compliance with customer instructions. We commit to maintaining comprehensive technical and organizational measures to ensure security levels appropriate to the risk, satisfying all GDPR Article 28 requirements.

3. Sub-Processors

Customers acknowledge and agree to the engagement of third-party sub-processors. Slide Creator executes legally binding contracts with all sub-processors that enforce equivalent data protection obligations to those contained within this DPA.

4. Breach Notification Protocols

In the unlikely event of a confirmed data security breach impacting customer files, Slide Creator provides notification to impacted parties without undue delay, and no later than forty-eight (48) hours following formal confirmation.
